I ordered the Millie dress in custom sizing. The dress is beautiful and wonderfully made. However, when I received the dress it did not fit as expected, even with giving custom measurements. I was assured that going this route would have the dress “fit like a glove” and I even did a zoom call with the sales team to make sure I was measuring everything correctly. When I reached out to see what could be done to remedy the situation I was told to wear a bra & take it to a seamstress. So needless to say, I am very disappointed at the process. Just beware that even when ordering custom, there is no guarantee it will fit.

We are most awfully sorry to hear about your experience with us. Thank you for sharing the whole situation from your perspective.
Generally, our custom-made dresses suit perfectly to every bride most of the time.
But we need to admit that we can not take into account some individual measurements, which are possible to make only with real-life meetings at the atelier. We sew the custom-made dress under standard measurements only.
For example, the sleeves measurements should be taken at least a few measurements for the perfect fit. But we use only the bicep measurement.
I feel that mistake, that we didn't suggest to you to have the corset boning as the extra for the top of the dress, it would provide extra support for the chest and the back as well.
We want to send you the extra sleeves and the separate invisible corset for your dress it will help with the extra support.
We will send you extra instructions and our manager will contact you shortly about the details and find the best solution together.
We really want you to be happy and satisfied on your Wedding day and have that “sparkles” inside of you and outside!

Just beware that even when ordering custom, there is no guarantee it will fit, and may require additional time & money put in to alterations to get it to fit correctly.
