I bought this dress at the last minute. They sent me the wrong color so I returned the dress (even the return process took over a week). It has been over a month and I STILL haven’t received a refund despite multiple requests and inquiries over email and phone. I finally had to start a dispute with my credit card. Also, I had to pay for return shipping, which I obviously won’t get back even though they asked for my bank info to supposedly reimburse me. Go elsewhere!

We always try to proceed with refunds as soon as possible but sometimes we face the delays caused by a banking system.
Also, we confirmed that the extra fee paid for shipping will be compensated. Unfortunately, we cannot return a bigger amount that has already been spent in our online shop that is why we ask you to send us the additional details.
