Elegant Dress and Exceptional Service

I looked everywhere to find a dress with a square neck and sleeves to fit both my civil ceremony and a more traditional wedding "reception" a year later. This is exactly the dress I was looking for. It is beautifully made with high quality fabric and details. I ordered up to an OB size 14 because I didn't want any tightness across my hips. The waist and shoulders need to be taken in, as well as a bit of length of the bottom of the dress, but alterations were expected. The customer service I received in regards to my questions about the dress was impressive. Victoria took the time to understand my style and preferences through our email exchanges. What truly stood out was when she personally called me to discuss my options. Her dedication and passion made me feel cherished and valued throughout the entire process.
I rarely leave reviews, but I feel touched by this process and encourage anyone to order this dress from Olivia Bottega.

Ok here it is yay! I am so happy that my dress had arrived and I am so psyched !! It is beautiful, it is gorgeous, it is everything I wished for AND MORE. I am so glad that I went for the veil too, I love how this Matte crepe is so dense yet soft, and the veil is soooo lightweight and airy, it looks real cute. I added some customization as well, like I wanted my back to be a bit more opened and sleeves a bit puffed on the shoulders, and I think girls did amazing job! And I love that they have these different sections for more precised search, cause it’s really hard to find an amazing wedding dress, let alone not get lost in all the designs and stuff. And I was contemplating whether to get longer veil or longer train, so I decided to add both. By the way it is an Emma dress! I hope this is my only wedding, but I enjoyed my experience so much, I would like to order more dresses 👗
