I got the dress custom sized for me and it turned out beautiful! The details are amazing and there was great communication throughout the process. My one complaint is that the arms are tight, usually with going up in size the sleeves would have more room as well. Unfortunately that is not the case with this dress so the sleeves are very tight. Over all beautiful dress!

Generally, our custom-made dresses suit perfectly to every bride most of the time.But we need to admit that we can not take into account some individual measurements, which are possible to make only with real-life meetings at the atelier. We sew the custom-made dress under standard measurements only.

Olivia Bottega is a hidden gem! I searched long and far for a dress that was reflective of my style without breaking the bank. When I found the glitter collection, I was immediately in love. It was definitely a risk ordering a dress online without seeing anything in person but the OB team was fantastic throughout. Gave my measurements and the dress fit like a glove. As well, I made several customizations and they accommodated very smoothly (lengthened dress, brought up bust line, added slit and pockets). Love that they send photos and a video (attached) before shipping. Would recommend OB to any future bride! Thank you again for giving me my dream dress 🥰
Got an email wa stops to order a different size but it would take weeks longer than the one I tried to order then I was sent one that was not even kind of the size I ordered and had to completely change it the week of my wedding ended up hating my pictures because the dress looked so off.

We apologies for any misunderstanding and inconvenience.
All ready-to-ship dresses are of a standard size and that is the reason why it did not fit like a glove. We also have an option of made-to-order dresses using all basic measurements and we do not charge for it.
Our managers also send a size chart and a video guide how to take measurements to avoid situations like this.
Please, pay attention that we strongly recommend ordering the ready-to-made Kay dress at least 8 weeks before wedding to make sure that the dress fits perfectly and the it will be received at least a week before wedding day.
