I custom ordered this dress a few months before my wedding and I am so glad I did. I used this as my reception dress to be able to move around and dance in and I absolutely loved it. I received so many compliments! It was beautiful!
The custom sizing option was AMAZING and my dress fits like a glove. I went back and forth for a long time as to whether I wanted to take the jump on an online only designer. I am SO glad I did! I customized the Elise to full length with a chapel train and everything was so quick, efficient, and the customer service was top notch!!
We did not receive the wedding dress we ordered. We received nothing. The post delivery pic Dhl posted on the website is blurry and it’s definitely not in a place I can recognize. The wedding is soon, so we would like to know what they can do to fix the situation.

I understand your emotions. And I'm sorry you had a negative experience. But it is very important that you understand that we are doing everything possible to solve this problem.
1. I contacted dhl the next day after you contacted the manager. (I've attached a screenshot).
Yes, this is not a typical situation, so it took a long time. Every day I kept chatting with dhl. DHL, in turn, made requests to colleagues in the United States.
2. All parcels are insured. But in order to get an insurance payout, we need to get proof that the package was never delivered, which is what I do.
3. We couldn't start sewing a new dress 1 week ago, because the process of creating wedding dresses is incomparable to the process of mass production. This is labor intensive and time consuming. BUT we do not refuse to do so. First We must clarify the problem, and then make a new dress or look for another option. We never abandon clients in an unclear situation.
Our customers mean everything to us, so we will improve ourselves to make our cooperation comfortable and pleasant.

Omg I don’t even know where to start. First off, Olivia Bottega’s customer service is TOP NOTCH. I ordered my dresses last minute and got it in just in time! Measurements are true and the quality is phenomenal. I felt so beautiful in it and it made my day so special. Thank you thank you Olivia Bottega!!!
