We understand your concerns about the skirt's fullness and the fit of the sleeves and length. The dress is designed with a specific level of volume, which is intended to match the photos on our website. However, we understand that personal preference can vary, and it's great that you're working with a seamstress to adjust the tulle layer to your liking.
We also sincerely apologize for the significant delay in your order's delivery. This was unfortunately due to international shipping disruptions. We know this added stress to an already important time, and we regret that we could not get your dress to you within the original timeframe.
