We are really proud of our service and of course we do everything for our dear brides, including free shipping on all of our dresses. We are officially an American company, we have an actual address of registration and all of the payments go through an American banking system. We tailor and make our dresses at our founder's country, Russia, so many of the dresses are being shipped from there, or from our American warehouse.

Firstly, the design of all dresses was brought to life by the founder of Olivia Bottega, today a whole group of people works to create beautiful gowns, every crease and little sequin is being placed by our designer team. Our main and sole inspiration is of course our gorgeous brides, that definitely help us to create modern and trendy wedding dresses on a daily basis.

Since we are a direct to consumer brand, we have exclusive collections and dresses only available online at our website. We are working hard currently on opening an offline store in the US, and while we are on our way to do so, we may still come to your city with a pop-up store so follow our instagram for more information and do not miss the updates!

First of all, congrats! We are very excited for you! What you would have to do is just order a size up, or depending on what week of pregnancy you are going to be on when you get married/attend a wedding. Feel free to ask us, we are available 24/7 and would love to help you out.

At the moment we cannot offer custom colors of different dresses, everything that you see on our website - styles and colors, are available to order.

Please click on the link and let us know what samples of which dresses you would like to receive and we will be more than happy to send them. Please note that one parcel contains not more than samples of 3 dresses.

Photos are always depending on a lot of things, like lightning, divide, style of photography, different filters, sun position and so much more. Fabric swatch allows you to see what the fabric will feel like and what colors you will see in real life, and not the way it will look like in the pictures.

If you do not know how to choose the fabrics for your wedding dress, you can either go from the way the dress looks, or figure out what effect or feeling you wanna get. Tulle basically is a very lightweight, netted material, mostly see-through. Chiffon is also airy but dense, also perfect for warm time weddings. Mesh is basically a few fabrics mixed together, but it is comfortable and stretchy enough to feel great all day and night long. Crepe is a soft yet textured fabric, because of its ability to breath all year long it will work for winter and summer weddings. Satin is reminiscent of silk, but more convenient. It is smooth and very soft to your body. The last but not least is mikado - it is very similar to satin, but is more matte. Usually it has silk addition.

Ready-to-ship gown for the last-minute bride basically means that we have the gown of your liking at our studio, ready to be shipped at any minute, in a standard size and length (46-48 inches from the waistline to the floor). It is available for an immediate purchase and delivery. Because of the fabrics we use, our exclusive designs allow dresses to fit perfectly. But of course after you receive the dress, you can easily adjust it at any tailor shop that you trust, at your own expense.

We always use only high quality fabrics and all of our dresses are hand sewn. Our fabrics are mostly from India, Korea and Turkey - such as atlas, glitters, lace. We are very proud of being able to keep reasonable pricing, considering the cost of top quality fabrics.

Our price range for dresses may vary, but usually it is around 800$. It is our deepest wish for our dresses to be designer yet affordable for most of the brides, considering the fact that we work really hard to combine the high quality of the materials and of course couture level or tailoring each and every dress.

Most of our dresses are made for customization, such as changing sizes, adding or removing some parts and so on, because most of the brides are willing to bring some changes to their dresses, and we, of course, love it. But we realize there are so many brides who need their dresses fast and do not wish to change a thing, so we have a lot of ready-to-ship dresses for our last minute brides too!

Sizing

Congrats on your little one on the way! It all depends on how far you will be by the time of the wedding, so we recommend talking to your doctor to try and predict the size, or just get a size up per trimester from your current measurements.

It is not a simple task, but it is going to be very simple with us! We have a full tutorial on how to send us your measurements for your dress, so your dress will be made after your own measurements and height. If you have purchased a ready-to-ship gown, then you should choose your daily size, what you usually wear. Keep in mind that gowns incorporate our signature stretch, versatile and of course flexible fit to every size!

We do have a few baby bump-friendly options available! Our maternity collection is basically an empire-waist silhouette, meaning that the skirt is attached right below your chest, hiding your precious belly and very free-flowing for the most comfort of the future mom. Check out our favourite Melanie dress, it definitely enlightens that baby glow ;)

Almost all of our dresses are 46" inches from your waistline to the floor. If this length isn't enough for your long legs, we do recommend you pay more attention to our Crepe and Satin dresses collections, since they are the longest dress styles of all. We care very much to make sure that your dress is perfect. To ensure the dream-come-true to your dress, all of our dresses are surely to undergo a 3-step process for quality check. We carefully check every stitch and sequin to be placed exactly where it belongs, as well as double checking the fabrics, so that you receive a truly high-quality gown. Our quality control team is very thorough as well as experienced with sending for shipment only excellent pieces. You can also read reviews to ensure that we do deliver the best quality on the market. So yes, your dress absolutely will be perfect.

We always think about the comfort of our brides first, in case you need extra support for your bust, we have just the right dresses for you. We recommend you to pay attention to our dresses: Audrey, Jacqueline, Bree, Cameron, Olivia, Cardi, Rosana, Melanie, Wendy, Milana. These gowns are made to fit the best bust support. If you do not find the perfect match, please message us and our online consultant will be glad to help.

Usually we create dresses after your personal measurements, so there is no need for extra fabric, because the dress will fit you just perfectly. But we also understand there may be different situations, so in case if we have the fabrics of your dress in enough amounts, we definitely can send you some extra fabrics after purchase.

At this period of time we currently produce dresses for adults and children. But you could always purchase a gown for your junior bridesmaid/guest in their size and alter it at your local seamstress/tailor (i.e. remove the bra cups, add the tea-length hemline and so on)

Depending on the style of each dress, regular length would be 46-48" inches from the waist line to the floor.

Our dresses are available in sizes from 4 to 34 (it is very easy to pick, just like a regular t-shirt) . We also provide a very simple size chart and measurements tutorial on every product page. To make sure that you chose the correct size, please follow the instructions.

Of course not. We charge extra only for customization - such as removing details like sleeves or a waist band, or adding some extra sequins and lace. If you only need to customize the size of the dress - it is not going to be charged extra, therefore plus-size is just the same cost as any other dress.

Our dresses, especially the ones with a corset are very easy to tighten up or make it more loose. You can easily change the size by 1-2 inches, which is going to be just enough in case you lose/gain weight, and can be quickly altered at any tailor shop in your area. We will also give you advice on how to better do so. Also, in case the top of the dress is too small or big, we can remake the top part and send it to you via DHL, so that your sewing lady or tailor can easily switch the previous top to the new one. This way it will save you a lot of time and money.

Most dresses can be customized! However, some dresses will have limitations with what can and cannot be customized. For example, with some dresses, you cannot mix-and-match the skirt and top. Other dresses you may not be able to swap buttons for zippers because it would compromise the structural integrity of the dress. In general, the possibility of customization depends on the dress and how you want to make changes.

For the most part, however, if you want something changed, we can make it happen. Just get in touch with us to get started!

Very much so! Customization is one of our key advantages. We are very happy to bring your ideas to life. But please note that we cannot copy other brand's designs.

We recommend doing any alterations in your hometown/city at any tailor shop of your choosing. It is fast and much less expensive than doing it remotely. Also remember, that we create dresses absolutely after your own measurements and if sized correctly then your dress won't need any alteration after you have received it.

It is not possible to return a dress that has been customized already. We make dresses after each bride, exactly after her wishes only. So if the dress has been customized and some details were changed, we would be unable to offer it to another bride, therefore if your dress had been customized we cannot take it back, unfortunately.

Measurements are simply divided into 5 basic criteria: Bust, Waist, Hips, length and bicep. We also made a very informative tutorial on how to correctly measure your size before purchasing the dress. You may reference our guides, or talk to a specialist that you know so they will help you to measure your size. 

Orders

After you have placed an order and forgot to put something in your cart, we simply recommend to create a new order and buy the things you've forgotten the first time, like a veil or some other cute accessories.

We do have a lot of orders on a daily basis, so if you had your desired item in stock when you added it to the cart, it may be out of stock by the time of processing the order. Please, do not worry or panic, kindly message us by clicking here for further assistance.

At this period of time we do not have any discounts available. But we are always happy to help you out and consider your situation, so let us know about what kind of discount you are looking for to our customer service team, and we will do our best to make sure that you are happy with the result.

Unfortunately, at this period of time we do not offer a try-on program. But we are doing our best to make this opportunity real in the future. You can sign up for our email updates and be the first one to know when you can do a try-on!

Amazon Pay, PayPal and Apple Pay are usually using the encrypt to hide your credit card details, to protect your personal data. We cannot see your actual credit card number, so it may be that the number you are seeing is just an encrypted one for your personal credit card. Please, rest assured, as your return will proceed through to your original form of payment within 3-5 business days. For more questions feel free to contact your credit card bank. 

It is really essential that you have a little bit more than 3 months before your wedding, to order your dress with us. Sometimes we do proceed with extra urgent orders too, if we have the right fabrics and materials available, without much customization too. We also have dresses that are ready-to-ship any minute, in case you needed a dress yesterday ;)

You can purchase our dresses via our website. We are also available 24/7 through any online messenger: live chat, email, facebook messenger, or Instagram direct messages. Our expert team of online stylists is here to assist you every step of the way of choosing the perfect wedding dress.

Once you've placed your order, our after sales manager will work with you to confirm every detail of your order. We will double check on your wedding date, sizing and your measurements. Your gown later on will be handmade in our studio, starting with getting the right fabrics, later on with cutting and hand-sewing the dress together by our professional seamstress on the spot. After your gown is ready to be shipped, our expert team of quality control double checks every stitch and sequin, after they carefully pack your dress and send it to your address. 

We are able to make dresses in a very quick time frame, if we have the resources and enough fabrics, and there is no customization to the dress. If your wedding is in less than 5 weeks from the purchase, then we recommend you pay attention to our ready-to-ship section.

We recommend for you to begin your search for the perfect bridal gown within 4-6 months before your wedding, and to purchase not later than 3,5 months before your day.

All of our dresses are very unique and it may take different amounts of time to create each of them. Our basic time for making dresses is about 4-12 weeks, depending on available fabrics, how many dresses are being sewn at the moment, amount of customizations and overall difficulty of exact dress. To learn more about how long it will take to make your dress please contact us and we will tell you the amount of time needed.

Of course we do, but the discount always varies. Right now you can get a discount if you purchase a full price wedding dress, you may get up to 20% for bridesmaids dresses or formal/evening dresses added to your cart. For more info contact us at any convenient platform of your choice.

Shipping & Payment

We will ship all of your items at the same time, if you only wish so. We can also send them separately, too. 

When you place a preorder we do our best to calculate estimated time of delivery, but it may vary, after you place an order. After you place an order you will know the exact date of the shipments & estimated delivery time. 

Absolutely correct, after you place an order we will let you know the exact day of the shipment. 

When we receive an order we do our best to give you a precisely estimated time of delivery. But sometimes there can be unexpected circumstances, in which case our expert team will reach out and negotiate a new date of the delivery. In case the new date is unacceptable, we will do our best to offer you suitable solutions. 

We would love nothing more than for you to have the best experience of purchasing the dress of your dreams and having the best day of your life, and we do not want to add any additional cost to your spendings. Therefore, if you do not have enough time for a customized dress, we recommend for you to check our in-stock options rather than paying extra for delivery. 

Delivery for all of our dresses is covered by us already, so you do not need to pay any extra money. Accessories are around 30-70$ to deliver, if they are shipped without any of the dresses. 

YES! We have free shipping on all dresses worldwide. But you may need to pay duty and tax after receiving the dress, it is a responsibility of the buyer.

Dear bride, we are so excited for you to receive your dream dress! Once we have shipped your order, you will get a shipping confirmation with your track number. It may take up to 48 hours before your shipment will become visible online. Due to a pandemic, caused by Covid-19, sometimes deliveries are being delayed, and they postpone the scanning of items until they're up for delivery. Rest assured, that you will still receive your dress within said time frame. If your package isn't moving for more than 7 business days, kindly let us know and we'll look into it and give you feedback. 

If your order is still being processed and the item hasn't left our warehouse yet, we will be able to change your delivery address. Click the link to send us a note with the new address the fastest you can, and we will proceed with your request.

During these challenging times it hasn't been very easy for many people, and our hearts and prayers are with those, who were affected the most by this pandemic. We are very sad for every wedding that didn't take place because of COVID-19. We receive tons of heartbreaking stories, and also admire the strength of our brides uniting together as an online community, to support each other. At Olivia Bottega we take all the caution measurements to make sure that our team is staying healthy and safe during a pandemic. We are doing our best to not let Covid impact our lives anymore, as well as our business.

All the extra spending such as duty, import fees and taxes are always vary by the location of arrival of the delivery, and are being included to the international shipping rates, that will be seen at checkout.

After your order has been shipped from our warehouse, we are unable to make any changes to this parcel. Send us an email shipping@oliviabottega.com and we will make sure for you to contact the delivery company or the courier to redirect the package. We cannot promise you 100% success, but we will do everything it takes to help you.

Sometimes couriers do mark packages delivered, when they are in fact not. Please contact us and we will do our best to contact the delivery company on your behalf to locate the parcel.

If you have shipped a wrong item back to us, let us know immediately via this form. Remember to include your order number, and we will do our best to locate the package.

You can purchase the dress by credit or debit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express and others), PayPal system, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay as well as use the interest-free installment Shop Pay.

Please carefully read the shipping & return policy on our website. Circumstances of return or exchange may vary to each dress.

Your refund should appear back to your account within 10-20 business days after it was processed. For more info please contact your bank.

Our return policy is around 100$-220$ as a return fee, depending on each dress's weight.

We are very sorry to hear that, since we do everything we can to ensure the highest quality of our product. Please let us know ASAP what exactly is wrong with your item, send us pictures or videos, and we will help you to solve the problem immediately.

After you have placed an order, we always let you know whether your selected item is accepted for a return or not. If you have purchased a dress that isn't possible to return, then there is nothing we can do to help.

Yes, the buyer is responsible to cover all the duty and taxes costs after receiving the parcel, if they apply. Also, we are not responsible for any delays due to customs.
