Gently wrap that tape measure around the fullest part of your bust or the broadest part of your chest. Don't yank it too tight or let it hang too loose.

Wrap that measuring tape around your waist, starting at the narrowest point, and bring it all the way around to the front. Make sure the tape stays level with the ground.

Circle that measuring tape around the fullest part of your booty, not too snug, not too loose. Keep it nice and level with the ground.

Wrap that tape measure around the chunkiest part of your upper arm. Go from the front to the back, all the way around, and back to the starting point!

From your waist down, measure all the way to the floor. Remember to stand tall, face forward, and keep it straight.

Measure from your shoulder's edge to your elbow. Then, measure from your elbow to your wrist. Make sure to repeat as we do in the video.
