Beautiful dress arrived with stain

I ordered this dress as I fell in love with it when I saw it online. It was my first time ordering from US so I was unaware of the import tax. This wasn’t mentioned at checkout, only when I contacted them to say I had to pay another £260!
Unwrapping the dress I see I stain, of which I can only assume is make up or fake tan. I am devastated! I made contact and was offered $50 refund. This won’t cover dry cleaning. My wedding was within 5 days of the dress arriving, so no time to return or find another dress. Customer service takes over 24-48 hours to respond to my messages. Eventually, I was advised that the dress I ordered was from a store and had been tried on by others. So my dress wasn’t brand new! Other brides had tried on what should have been my dream dress! I am so upset with my experience. If the dress wasn’t so beautiful I’d have given 1 star. Such a shame. Beware if ordering outside of US.

Had some minor trouble getting the dress confirmed and shipped, but once everything was confirmed, I received the dress in 2 days to my surprise! The dress is stunning, well made, perfect material, beautifully sparkly just as in the photos! It does appear more white in the online photos, but it is a true classic light ivory in person. I ordered the ready to ship size 12, and only needed very minor alterations to the bust of the dress! I got the dress altered already, and it is all fitted perfectly now! Thank you so much for making my wedding dreams come true with this dress!!
