Beautiful Dress, Terrible Company

I ordered the Inger Dress. Not only did it arrive late, but it also was the wrong size and the zipper did not work. I requested a return since it was only two weeks until our wedding. The customer service insulted me and said I should check MY measurements. When I mentioned how even the shipping label has the incorrect size, she assured me that was a mistake and the dress was the right size. Absolutely ridiculous. Then when I returned the dress, they said the zipper is broken and I would need to pay $150 for repairs, even though that is one of the reasons I returned the dress in the first place. Absolute highway robbery and fraud. Also the dress, again beautiful, was made and shipped from Russia, not the USA. I do not recommend this company!!
