Shipping & Return Policy

WE ACCEPT RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS:
We make returns if the dress not exceeding 14 and dress length no shorter than 43 inches. (including if the dress is made according to individual measurements ).
For short dresses the length is not shorter than 21.5 inches.
Goods that we have in stock can be returned regardless of size.
We make returns if order does not contain changes or additions.

We will call a dhl courier.
Request a cancellation within: 7 days of purchase
If you want to cancel the order 8 days after the order, then we will withhold our expenses for the purchase, cutting of fabric and other work that we have already done (10-50% of the price of the product).

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT EXCHANGES.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We are ready to discuss each individual problem and find a way out of any situation.
If you do not receive the dress before your wedding, we will return the money!
We refund the full price with the exception which we spent on shipping.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at bottegaolivia@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them.

Customs and import TAXES
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We not responsible for delays due to customs.
