I had the most amazing experience with ordering a custom dress. I was in contact with one person on multiple occasions where they were confirming the customizations, sizing, and every step in the process. Of course it was nerve racking ordering a dress online BUT I promise you won't regret. The dress was absolutely stunning and fit like a glove. It was better than I could have ever imagined. For timing reference I ordered my dress on September 01, 2022. Received my video of the completed dress on November 14, 2022. My dress was delivered to my door step on November 22, 2022. My wedding was yesterday so now I can share! It was amazing. Get the dress.

The dress itself is lovely, only thing I had to have altered were the straps as they were too long. The shipping is unfortunately not the best experience. Really disappointed that Australian's are charged an excessive $150 shipping fee, only to find that the dress is balled up and shoved inside a small cardboard box. The item itself is shipped from the warehouse to America first, then on Aus. It was held up in this process, and I had to repeatedly chase the movement of the dress. I'd ordered with enough time for delays, and also enough time to hang the dress to try and get the bad creases from the woeful packaging out (it was still very stiff on the day). If you're in Aus just ensure you've ordered early enough for lengthy shipping/time to hang the garment to get it sit right.
I ordered my rehearsal dress though the Olivia Bottega website after originally falling in love with their designs on Etsy. The customer service was quick and responsive when I had a question around production time and shipping. I ordered a standard size dress, and the fit was great based on my measurements. The dress arrived within just a couple of weeks, and actually was ahead of schedule.
The short, sparkly dress I ordered was perfect! I received so many compliments the night of and since. I would highly recommend Olivia Bottega!
